Covid-19: Level 5 Procedures

We can reassure you that veterinary services will continue to be provided here at Ashwood for animals under our care in the same manner as we have been operating the past few months. Please read the following to ensure we keep waiting times to a minimum while trying to remain open and keep our staff and clients safe. Should further changes be required we will advise you accordingly.


✅ Our opening times will remain the same.

✅ All appointments and surgeries will continue as scheduled. You are allowed to travel further than 5 K for veterinary visits, If you are worried, we can email you confirmation of our appointment. Just ask.

🛑 If you or anyone in your household is experiencing Covid-19 symptoms PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND the clinic. Let us know as soon as possible an we will reschedule your appointment.

✅😷 It is mandatory that you wear a mask when entering the building. If you do not have one, you will be asked to purchase one for €1 from reception.

✅ We advise all customers to phone in advance for repeat prescriptions, flea, tick and worm treatments and any large animal goods to reduce waiting times on arrival. Where possible, please pay over the phone.

✅🐾 Small animal clients- when you arrive at the practice, please remain in your car and phone reception. We will guide you through your visit on arrival. Only 1 adult per pets will be allowed in the building.
