Ashwood Veterinary is a mixed practice with a wide range of patients ranging from family pets to all types of farm animals. The practice was established in July 2001 and has grown and developed into a modern seven-vet mixed practice with hospital accreditation. We have a designated small animal team with years of experience and a high level of training to look after all your pets health care needs.
As the veterinary profession has changed over the past decade, so have we! We are dedicated to offering the best possible service and care for our patients and clients. In the past few years we have purchased a dental X-ray unit, a digital X-ray processor, and large and small animal Ultrasound machines. We also strive to offer a friendly, stress-free visit to our clinic. We have recently added a ‘Cat Corner’ to our waiting area to help our feline patients and owners feel safe and secure. Our upcoming renovation in Spring 2020, will give the practice a fresh new look including a new purpose built cattery to improve the patient experience. In this fast paced world, we are passionate about educating our clients on ways to reduce stress and disease in their pets and herds.
Ashwood also has a large retail shop which stocks a full range of health care items for farm animals as well as pets. We carry a wide range of premium pet foods, leads, collars, beds brushes, toys and shampoos too. For our clients convenience, we have also added an online-shopping experience from this very website.
